Volunteering at Heartland

Volunteers are the backbone of any successful therapeutic riding program. Heartland Ranch volunteers are appreciated and respected for their time, talents and expertise.

No experience is necessary, we will be happy to train you.

There are many roles for volunteers at Heartland Ranch including:

• leading and side-walking
• barn maintenance
• grooming and tacking
• fundraising
• administrative
• summer camp counselor
• HIPPOTHERAPY
• garden and property maintence
• horse shows

Won't you please consider becoming a volunteer for our special needs riders? You'll be glad you did because not only is it rewarding work but we also have a lot fun and you will receive accredited community service hours for your time!

Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to schedule you for the next volunteer orientation and answer any questions you may have.
